Services for employers

The goal of services for empolyers is to find suitable workforce for open job positions in Suomussalmi and advise employers on utilizing different employment options and training opportunities. The objectives of coaching individual client work and occupational health coordination work are also to support employers.

Work services can give guidance for employers on wage subsidy matters, recoqnition of prior learning and issues related to work trials.
Employers have a chance to apply for a municipality grant from Suomussalmi for a 6-month period for employee orientation guidance and training.
