Opening Event in Suomussalmi – Oulu2026 European Capital of Culture
The Silent People, Suomussalmi SAT 29.11.2025, from 2 pm to 4 pm In the Valontuojat concert, audience, music and dance meet in an intimate experience set within the land art installation Silent People and the atmospheric Niittykahvila café. The warm vocals and delicate piano music of Matti Hametvirta, supported by expressive dance, guide the audience on a journey from darkness to light.
